FAQ about SPE 2021

This page will continue to be updated with questions as we receive them.

The congress will take place virtually through the Sococo platform.

Only members of CLAD, ABE and SPE may have discount according to established collaboration protocols.

You could register following the instructions in the link Registration – SPE2021 (uevora.pt). Information about registration fees and deadline for reduced prices (July 15) is also available in the same link.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or Paypal as shown at Registration – SPE2021 (uevora.pt)

Winner students can freely participate in the Congress and be contacted with instructions to do so.  The students will also be awarded during the ceremony of PEJ21 Awards.

This will depend on the authorization of the speakers/presenters.

The amount paid for registration may be refunded 50% until the September 30, 2021. No reimbursement will be available after that day.

All participants will have access to the Proceedings/Book of Abstracts.

No, this year the SPE award will take place exceptionally later, on a date to be announced.

Your personal information will be used exclusively for communication regarding the XXV Congress of the SPE, with due authorization under the Data Protection Law the SPE may use your contacts to inform about future events.

Abstract/Article submissions should follow the instructions in Submissions – SPE2021 (uevora.pt) and use the LaTex templates available, but there is free online software available to facilitate the conversion process; however, the Organizing Committee does not take responsibility on their usage. We suggest that interested parties alternatively seek local help or to get support with the co-authors (if they have) in this regard.
